PCB Announces Schedule, Teams and Squads for National Women’s T20 Tournament 2026-27

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced details of the National Women’s T20 Tournament 2026-27, which is set to begin in Faisalabad on October 10. Five teams will compete across three venues, with the tournament final scheduled for October 25 at Iqbal Stadium.
The competition will feature Challengers, Conquerors, Invincibles, Stars and Strikers. A total of 22 league-stage matches will be played under a double-league format, giving each team multiple opportunities to compete for a place in the final.
The two teams finishing at the top of the standings will qualify for the title match.
75 Cricketers to Feature in Tournament
According to the PCB, 75 players will take part in the competition, including six Pakistan Under-19 players currently representing the country in the women’s tri-series in Faisalabad. These players will join their respective tournament squads after completing their national commitments.
The tournament also offers a prize pool of more than Rs. 3 million. The champions will receive Rs. 1.5 million, while the runners-up will earn Rs. 1 million.
Team Captains for National Women’s T20 Tournament
Pakistan women’s team captain Fatima Sana will lead Strikers in the competition. Gull Feroza has been named captain of Invincibles, while Ayesha Zafar will lead Challengers.
Muneeba Ali will captain Conquerors, and Tuba Hassan will lead defending champions Stars. Stars won the previous edition after defeating Invincibles in the final.
With established international players and emerging young cricketers in the line-ups, the tournament will provide an opportunity for players to compete at the domestic level and showcase their performances.
