The highly anticipated ICC Champions Trophy 2025 trophy is set to continue its exciting journey across Pakistan, starting today with a visit to the historic Hiran Minar complex in Sheikhupura.
Over the next 14 days, the trophy will travel to ten major cities, showcasing the rich culture and cricket passion of the nation.
The global trophy tour began in Pakistan on November 16, 2023, and was later taken to the seven participating countries from November 26 to January 26. Now, in its second leg, the trophy will make stops in Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, and Quetta, in addition to Sheikhupura.
Cricket fans will have the opportunity to see the trophy up close at iconic locations such as Multan Fort, Bahawalpur’s Noor Mahal, Peshawar’s Arbab Niaz Stadium, Karachi’s National Stadium, Hyderabad’s Niaz Stadium, and Faisalabad’s Iqbal Stadium. A special highlight of the tour will be its appearance at the newly upgraded Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on February 8, during the opening match of the tri-nation series between Pakistan and New Zealand.
The global trophy tour will conclude in Karachi on February 14, 2025, setting the stage for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 opener, where hosts Pakistan will face New Zealand on February 19.
